Maddie Midgarden is our Events & Catering Coordinator. She is passionate about crafting seamless, unforgettable events that truly reflect her clients' unique personalities and needs. With nearly a decade of hospitality experience, she provides a great blend of professionalism, creativity, and organization to each project. Maddie prioritizes client communication, keeping clients informed and supported throughout the entire event planning process. A graduate of Perham High School, Maddie now resides near Dent, MN, with her fiancé, Joe Lorentz, and their dog, Ruby. When she’s not planning events, Maddie enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, and fishing. She also loves spending quality time with her family and friends.
Lucas is the owner of Culinary Concepts. He was just crazy enough to purchase it in the middle of the pandemic and still has zero regrets! He's been in the hospitality industry since high school and an entrepreneur for nearly as long. Lucas also owns The Cactus in Perham and Voyager Lanes in Detroit Lakes. His expertise lies in providing great tasting food using his own delicious recipes, along with a comfortable atmosphere. His lovely wife, Amy, and daughters, Hope and Kira, often help out, and you might see them at your event. On the rare occasions Lucas isn't working, he enjoys traveling with family and pontooning with a Coors banquet in hand. When Lucas is around, you're going to have a good time! He brings fun and energy wherever he goes.
